Josh Vague is proud to call Colorado home — again. A Colorado State University Alum (ROTC Class of 2015, Go Rams!), Josh’s roots run deep from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins and everywhere in between. With 19 years of service in the U.S. Army, including 8 years in the 75th Ranger Regiment and 11 years as a commissioned officer, Josh brings a rare blend of discipline, strategic thinking, and calm leadership to every real estate transaction. Those years shaped how he works: with integrity, preparation, and deep respect for the people he serves. Josh believes real estate is one of life’s greatest teachers. Buying and selling a home isn’t just a transaction — it’s a strategy. Knowing how and when to execute that strategy makes all the difference.
When he’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find Josh training for a triathlon — on his bike, in the pool, or somewhere in between. As Ernest Hemingway once wrote, “I had an inheritance from my mother and father … and though I roam all over the world, the spending of it is never done.” Josh carries that same love of exploration, people, and place into everything he does. Go spend your inheritance.
